LEED stands for green building leadership. LEED is transforming the way we think about how buildings and communities are designed, constructed, maintained and operated across the globe.

LEED certified buildings save money and resources and have a positive impact on the health of occupants, while promoting renewable, clean energy.

Wright Builders was recently awarded LEED Silver for all four of our newest townhomes at Village Hill Northampton. LEED certification means healthier, more productive places, reduced stress on the environment by encouraging energy and resource-efficient buildings, and savings from increased building value, higher lease rates and decreased utility costs. We have experienced this savings and comfort first hand during the big snow storm of 2010 when, in the few days with out power, interior home temperatures dropped less than 5 degrees!

Sustainable construction is a BIG DEAL!
